The best way to reach me on almost everything is email, preferably OpenPGP signed and encrypted email. I usually get to email every day and will be notified about new messages, but sometimes get caught up in other obligations.

I usually use subkeys 0x1f52f68b and 0xeb4fe534 (signing/encryption) for personal tasks, 0x74227d70 and 0x25e5ffd9 for work tasks, and 0x5923f3b2 for signing on my phone.
