The best way to reach me on almost everything is email, preferably OpenPGP signed and encrypted email. I usually get to email every day and will be notified about new messages, but sometimes get caught up in other obligations.

I usually use subkeys 0x1f52f68b and 0xeb4fe534 (signing/encryption) for personal tasks.
